Painted Bride Quarterly comes to Brooklyn September 19 at 7 pm.

Everyone knows Painted Bride Quarterly's home is snug in the great city of Philadelphia. But September has us itching to spread our love elsewhere. And what we've planned is something exciting, something never-before-done, something extraordinarily historical and hysterical: The Bride is goin' to Brooklyn! That's right, we are hosting our monthly Slam, Bam, Thank You Ma'am! at the famous Pacific Standard on September 19th, 2013 as one of the Brooklyn Book Festival Bookend Events! For one night, and one night only, starting at 7:00pm, we ask you to come show us how it's done in Brooklyn.

After all, if Brooklyn really is "Home to Everyone From Everywhere!" come out and show us some hospitality---and your skills! We'll bring the paper, pens, jawns, and cheesesteaks; you bring those beautiful minds!

Don't you Fuhgeddaboudit!
