We are desperately excited to announce that we now have Cattaneo Bros. beef jerky at Pacific Standard. We've loved this San Luis Obispo jerky since we were kids; it puts that artificial, sugary corner-store jerky to shame. The incredibly juicy, thin slices are marinated in apple cider vinegar, and dried in old-fashioned smokehouse ovens.
