Beer and Cheese Night III: Reminder and Details.

Just a reminder that our long-awaited third beer and cheese night will happen next Wednesday, July 23, starting at 7 pm. Sean, the awesome Artisanal cheese buyer who runs our events, has some great cheeses up his sleeve (don't worry, not literally), so this is a can't-miss event. We'll be recommending cheese pairings with a variety of the sassy summer beers we currently have on tap (including Weyerbacher Slam Dunkel, Southern Tier Heavy Weizen, Great Divide Samurai Ale, Chelsea Porter of Authority, and many more). As we did last time, we'll charge $10 for a prepared plate of cheese with recommended beer pairings, and you can then choose and pay for your beers separately. Definitely show up; I can say from firsthand experience that it's hard to get the awesomeness that is Sean and his cheeses out here.

Cheese details:

--Grayson, an aromatic and meaty cow's milk from Galax, Virginia.
--Bayley Hazen Blue, rich, chocolately blue from Greensboro, Vermont.
--Fog Lights, a miniature version of the Humboldt Fog from California. It is rich, tangy and earthy.
--Shelburne Farms Clothbound Cheddar, a sharp, grassy cheddar from Vermont.
--Uplands Pleasant Ridge Reserve, a Swiss style cow's milk from Wisconsin.

See you here!
